is officially over!!! I stopped running 2 weeks ago. it was a sad, sad, sad day!!! ha! But it was just getting too hard on my poor body!!! But I have been exercising still. I walk 3-4 miles everyday and do a prenatal yoga dvd atleast 3 times a week. I LOVE the dvd...it really has helped me to relax and calm down my body and mind.
