"Part" of todays lunch!!Spinch, green leaf lettuce, carrots, bell pepper, brocolli, cucumber...topped with raw sunflower seeds...yum! I will probably have some peanut putter toast too for protein. I am doing my best to get LOTS of green veggies in...my iron level was WAY LOW at my last midwife appt, so I'm having to double my iron intake. What better way then with fresh veggies??!!!!
Last Friday I ran 2 miles and walked 1 mile. I am only 2 miles away from my 500 mile goal!! yipee!!! I'm sure I'll reach that goal today, if not today, then definitely TOMORROW!!!!
