Monday 9/15: ran 3 miles, walked 1/2 mile on level 10 incline, bike ride w/the kids
Tuesday 9/16: ran 3.5 miles, walked 1/2 mile on 10 incline, 4 sets of 20 crunches on ball
Wednesday 9/17: YUCKY day, no exercise!!!!
Thursday 9/18: CardioX
Friday 9/19: walked 10 min, ran 1 mile, walked 10 minutes, ran 1 mile
Monday 9/22: walk 10 min 2.5 incline 3.8 speed, ran 1 mile, walk 10 min 3.0 incline 4.0 speed, ran 1 mile, 4 sets of crunches on ball
I have found it difficult to kind of "change" my mindset as of late...meaning, that when I'm exercising, my "normal" is to want to go FASTER, to run HARDER, to run LONGER....this last week, when I have pushed myself to run 3 miles and 3.5 miles straight, I have felt completely DRAINED and that next day is usually one of my so called "bad" days. So I have had to mix walking in to my routines...which I'm OKAY with at this point. Hopefully, my body will take to that a little bit better and I'll be able to get some form of exercise in each day. May not be as much as I really WANT to do, but it's something!!!
I'm sad that my friend is running races without me :( But I know that I'll be back into it eventually and me growing a little baby is the most important thing for me to be doing at this point in my life.
