Yesterday: Cardio X
Today: Ran 3.5 miles on treadmill

It bothers me that I'm not getting any real "strength" training in...no weights or anything like that. by the time I'm done with my cardio workouts, I'm so dang tired! I can't do anything else. So I guess my muscles, will just have to continue to be put on hold for a bit!!
